Booking

1. The Christmas Party Package is available from 1^st November 2019 until 19^th January 2020.
2. All bookings must be confirmed in writing.
3. The minimum party size to be booked is 4 people.
4. A non-refundable £5 deposit per person is required at the time of booking. The party is to be booked at least 48 hours before party date.
5. The final balance for the Christmas package and festive drinks is to paid at least 48 hours before the party.
6. Table reservations may not be guaranteed for more than 30 minutes beyond the time booked.
7. Christmas package food and festive drinks are required to be pre-ordered before the party date. Please notify the club of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.
8. The bingo included in the package is for all your afternoon or evening bingo. Optional extras are available.
9. The drink included in the package is a 125ml glass of Prosecco.
10. In the event that any pre-agreed entertainment for your booking is cancelled, the club will not be held liable.
11. On the occasions where special events are running, the club may charge a premium on these dates. The club will notify you of this at the time of confirming availability.
12. All alterations to bookings must be confirmed in writing.
